Two Convenient Locations

Credo has established two outpatient substance abuse treatment locations for your convenience in Jefferson and Lewis County.

Medicaid and most private insurances are accepted. A sliding fee scale is available for those without third party coverage.

Comprehensive Chemical Abuse & Dependence Services

Services

Credo’s Outpatient Chemical Dependency Services provide a full range of confidential counseling services in Lewis County. The goal of the multidisciplinary treatment team is to provide the highest level of care using a person centered approach.

The demand for individuals seeking help to overcome their addiction is at an all-time high. This has led to some individuals waiting longer than normal to see a counselor. As a result, Credo has established an Open Access time for individuals to walk in for appointments to see counselors. These are held on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00am to 12:00pm. It is best to be one of the first ones there at 8:00am because there are a limited number of appointments available and they fill up quickly. Clients and referred sources can call 315.788.1530 or 315.376.5958 during business hours and we will do our very best to fit someone in. Remember, open access is the best bet for getting an appointment. We appreciate your patience.
