We are happy to report Credo Outpatient is back to normal operating hours, after nearly a year of reduced hours as a result of the impact of the pandemic. Thanks for your flexibility during this time.

 

Our clinic hours of operation are as follows:

Watertown Clinic (595 West Main Street Watertown, NY 13601)

OTP:

  • Monday – Friday 6:30 am – 2:00 pm
    • Dosing – 6:30 am – 12:30 pm
  • Saturday – 6:30 am – 1:30 pm
    • Dosing – 6:30 am – 11:30 am
  • Sunday – 6:30 am – 1:30 pm
    • Dosing – 6:30am – 11:30 am

 

IOS:

  • Monday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday – 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Wednesday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Thursday – 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Friday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm


Lowville Clinic (7714 Number Three Rd. Lowville, NY 13367)

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

 

Credo provides in-person, remote (telehealth), and/or hybrid services at both our Watertown and Lowville clinic locations.
We also welcome walk-ins/open access at both locations during these hours of operation.

Services Include:

  • Assessments
  • Individual therapy
  • Group therapy
  • Peer Advocacy individual sessions
  • Daily dosing at W. Main Street of methadone and buprenorphine
  • Psychotropic medication assessment and ongoing prescribing for psychiatric illnesses
  • Addiction medication assessment and ongoing prescribing for opioid and alcohol misuse
  • Injection medication like Vivitrol, Sublocade and psychotropic
  • Care Management
  • Narcan kits and overdose prevention training
  • Referrals for:
    – Detox
    – Inpatient treatment
    – Residential treatment
    – Primary Care
    – Medication assessment with another community provider
    – Care Management with another community provider

 

We are helping clients assess their level of participation in treatment and add additional services. We are educating clients on recommendations for care and encouraging them to add additional services through Credo or another community provider. We believe that regular contact and active participation will help clients achieve their treatment and recovery goals. We regularly recommend all of the services listed above and work with clients to accept this assistance.

New! In September 2016, Credo opened an Opioid Treatment Clinic. Under the supervision and guidance of a Physician, Nurses and Counselors; we are able to offer Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).

Who can use your mental health services?
Credo is accepting new patients 16 and older in the Mental Health Clinic. Those seeking services with or without a substance abuse problem are welcome.
