Over 40 Years of Transforming Lives through Quality Treatment
It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’re from, or where you think your life is headed. Everyone deserves a chance at recovering and healing from the inside out. With Credo, that day can be today!
We are proud to announce that in September 2016, Credo added an Opioid Treatment Program to our continuum of care for the treatment of individuals struggling with an opiate/heroin addiction. Chemical dependence is a chronic illness that can be treated effectively with counseling, approved medications and supportive services such as care management, medical services and vocational/employment services.
Under the supervision and guidance of a Physician, Nurses and Counselors, we are able to offer Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), to individuals to help them overcome their opiate/heroin addiction. At this time, we are able to offer Methadone, Suboxone and Vivitrol to help with withdrawals and cravings to opiates/heroin.
If you or a family member is struggling with an opioid/heroin addiction, please call us at 315.788.1530.
There is HOPE!
Credo’s Opioid Treatment Program provides a full range of confidential MAT and counseling services in Jefferson County. The goal of the multidisciplinary treatment team is to provide the highest level of care using a person centered approach.
